We understand that driving away business is one of the major factors when considering a construction project. When we do have to be on-site, we aim to interrupt your everyday business as little as possible. We use highly specialized equipment, which means we need less of your valuable space to do our job.
As a family-owned business serving the Quad Cities and surrounding area, we are committed to treating people right from our first contact with them, even before they are our customers. We strive for fast response time to calls and requests (usually within 24 hours).
The 15 and 20 year Duro-Last roofing warranties cover repair or replacement, consequential damage, and does not exclude ponding water. Duro-Last roofing warranty upgrades are available. Riddell Roofing typically responds to all Duro-Last roofing warranty claims, even years after the roof has been installed, giving you a local contact for the life of your roof.
Duro-Last 40 mil was installed on the Sandburg Mall. The Duro-Last roof replaced a leaking built-up roof. The customer had previously tried another company/product using a seal coating, but switched to Riddell Roofing/Duro-Last after patching failed.
Duro-Last 50 mil was installed on the American Legion in Aledo, Illinois. They chose Duro-Last for the 15-year warranty. The American Legion previously had a black roof that had begun to leak. They selected a new white roof for energy efficiency.
Duro-Last Metal Retrofit Roofing was installed on the Calvary Church. Previous attempts to repair the deteriorating metal had failed. Riddell Roofing used a three-inch flute filler to level the roof and a two-inch high-density insulation board to improve energy efficiency. This gave the building a Class 4 hail rating.
